Inspired by their Silverton, Oregon farm, the Campbells recognized the need for urban children to experience the joys of nature, leading to the creation of a whimsical pumpkin patch in Westwood. Over the years, it evolved into a holiday staple, attracting families from across the region, particularly after Lyra Marble, Becky’s daughter, took the reins in 2001 and moved the patch to the vibrant border of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. With her father Steven’s design expertise, Mr. Bones transformed into an interactive experience, solidifying its status as a celebrity favorite.
